Near-ring newsletters containing complete and updated bibliography on the subject are published periodically by a team of mathematicians (Editors: Yuen Fong, Alan Oswald, Gunter Pilz and K. C. Smith) with financial assistance from the National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan.
