Race 07 is a racing simulator computer game from SimBin Studios. The game is the sequel to the 2006 title Race - The Official WTCC Game. Like the original Race, the title is officially licensed by the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC). It has since spawned eight expansion packs: GTR Evolution, STCC - The Game, Race On, Formula Raceroom (which was provided free of charge), STCC - The Game 2, GT Power, WTCC 2010 and the final expansion pack for the series The Retro expansion.

Race 07 features more than 300 cars in nine different racing classes. Race 07 includes the full 2006 and 2007 seasons of the FIA World Touring Car Championships (FIA WTCC) as well as 8 more classes on 14 tracks from all over the world.

Multiplayer is only available with installation of the Steam client and registration for an account with Steam.

Cars

In addition to cars from the WTCC 2006 and 2007 seasons, Race 07 also includes the Formula 3000 (Euro Formula 3000), Radical (SR3 and SR4), Formula BMW, Caterham (CSR200, 260 and 320 concept), Mini Cooper S and 2 cars from the WTCC 1987 season (the Alfa Romeo 75 and BMW M3).Porsche and Ferrari are no longer included.

Race 07 features all 14 tracks used in the official WTCC championships of 2006 and 2007. There is also one fictional track (Vara Raceway) and various alternative layouts of the existing tracks, for a total of 32 tracks.

Formula Raceroom is a free add-on pack[1] to RACE 07 developed by SimBin and adds a Formula One style car and Hockenheimring circuit to the original game.
