The 1991 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards was held on April 22, 1991.[1] It was the fourth annual event, and was hosted by Corin Nemec. The 1991 Kids' Choice Awards was perhaps best remembered for the introduction of the KCA Hall of Fame Special Gold Blimp (awarded to Paula Abdul).
