The 2002–03 Cleveland Cavaliers season was the 33rd season of NBA basketball in Cleveland, Ohio. The Cavaliers finished the season with a 17–65 record, last in the Eastern Conference and tied for worst in the NBA. It was the team's worst record since 1981–82.

Ricky Davis was the team's leading scorer with a career high of over 20 points per game.
