Ariane Labed (born 8 May 1984) is a Greek-born French actress. She has played in Attenberg (2010) and was awarded the Coppa Volpi for the Best Actress at the 67th Venice International Film Festival.[1]

Life and career

Labed was born in 1984 in Athens, Greece, to French parents. She grew up between Greece, Germany and France. After studying dance for 10 years, she studied "Practice and Theory of Art" at Université de Provence. A founding member of Vasistas Theatre Company, she has acted in all their performances.[2]
