William Audley Bowdler (7 September 1884 – 20 February 1969)[1][2] was a Liberal Party politician in England who served briefly as a Member of Parliament (MP) in the early 1920s.

At the 1922 general election, Bowdler was elected as MP for the Holderness division of East Yorkshire,[1] defeating the long-serving Conservative MP Arthur Wilson.[3] Bowdler lost his seat in the House of Commons the following year, at the 1923 general election, to the Conservative candidate Samuel Savery, after which he did not stand again.[4]
