Ayesha Khan, (born September 27, 1982) is a Pakistan television and film actress.[1][2][3] She has appeared in many mainstream television series aired on Pakistani channels. Khan made her acting debut in the series Tum Yahi Kehna which aired on PTV in the early 2000's. Khan made her film debut in Waar, released in October 2013.

Background

Khan was born in Lahore, Pakistan. She spent much of her childhood in Abu Dhabi and Canada.[4] She adapted Pakistani culture just as her career in Pakistan's entertainment industry began.[4]

Career

Khan has played some well-loved characters on Pakistani television,[3] having appeared in several Pakistani television serials. She is also a top model.[5]

Personal life

Khan has been popular with the Pakistani tabloids and paparazzi, especially in regards to the rumors about her marriage with Humayun Saeed, however she cleared the rumours by saying they are 'very good friends'. She is currently single and resides in Karachi with her mother.
