Butler Capital Partners is a European private equity firm focusing primarily on investments in France and Europe. The firm operates in a variety of business sectors including distribution, logistics, advertising, information technology, publishing and market research.

The firm was founded in 1990 by businessman Walter Butler,[1] and is based in Paris, France.

The firm's most notable investments include Virgin Megastores, Paris Saint-Germain F.C. and SNCM.
