Clear Horizons Early College High School is a public secondary school located in Houston, Texas, United States. It aims to accelerate the learning curve; some of its students are on the Distinguished Achievement Plan and Associates of Art degree plan with San Jacinto College South. By the end of the standard four year-term of high school, those students have an associates degree and a high school diploma. Schooling is free.

Clear Horizons Early College High School was founded in 2007. It is the successor of CCISD's Project ExCEL. Clear Horizons is located on the South Campus of the San Jacinto Community College District. Currently there are 350-400 students in all four grades.

Clear Horizons' first graduating class in 2009 consisted of 12 students. Four of these graduates received their associate degrees.[2][3]
