Frank Leo Brazill (August 11, 1899 in Spangler, Pennsylvania – November 3, 1976) was a first baseman in Major League Baseball. He played from 1921 to 1922 for the Philadelphia Athletics.

He was later a manager in the minor leagues from 1934-1939.
