Hàm Yên is a rural district of Tuyên Quang Province in the Northeast region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 104,648.[1] The district covers an area of 898 km². The district capital lies at Tân Yên.[1]

Tân Yên, Hùng Đức, Bằng Cốc,Thành Long, Thái Hòa,Đức Ninh,Thái Sơn, Bình Xa, Nhân Mục, Yên Phú, Tân Thành, Minh Hương, Phù Lưu, Minh Dân,Yên Lâm,Minh Khương, Bạch Xa,Yên Thuận.
