Hunt's Pond State Park

Hunt's Pond State Park is a state-managed conservation area in Chenango County, New York, United States. The park is located in the town of New Berlin, west of Route 8 and southwest of the village of New Berlin.

The small park is dominated by Hunt's Pond in its center. As a pollution control measure, only non-motorized watercraft are permitted in the lake.

In 2011, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation took management responsibility for the park and closed the camping area.[1] The park offers picnic tables with pavilions, hiking, fishing, seasonal deer hunting, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling, and a boat launch.

Hunt's Pond State Park is open year-round.
