The Internazionali Femminili di Palermo was a women's tennis tournament held in Palermo, Italy. Held annually from 1988 to 2013, this WTA Tour event was an International tournament, and was played on outdoor clay courts. It was previously either a WTA Tier IV or Tier V event from 1990 to 2008. From 2014, the event has been relocated to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
