Kārsava Municipality (Latvian: Kārsavas novads) is a municipality in Latgale, Latvia. The municipality was formed in 2009 by merging Goliševa parish, Malnava parish, Mērdzene parish, Mežvidi parish, Salnava parish and Kārsava town the administrative centre being Kārsava.
