This is a list of civil parishes in the ceremonial county of Gloucestershire, England. The City of Bristol is a ceremonial county in its own right and is listed separately.

The former Cheltenham Municipal Borough is unparished.

Cotswold

The whole of the district is parished.

Forest of Dean

The whole of the district is parished.

Gloucester

The former Gloucester County Borough is unparished.

South Gloucestershire

Part of the former Kingswood Urban District and Mangotsfield Urban District are unparished.

Stroud

The whole of the district is parished.

Tewkesbury

The whole of the borough is parished.
