The former Ashford Urban District is unparished.

Canterbury

The former Canterbury County Borough and parts of the former Herne Bay Urban District and Whitstable Urban District are unparished.

Dartford

The former Dartford Municipal Borough is unparished.

Dover

The whole of the district is parished.

Gravesham

The former Gravesend Municipal Borough and Northfleet Urban District are unparished.

Maidstone

Part of the former Maidstone Municipal Borough is unparished.

Medway

The former Chatham Municipal Borough, Gillingham Municipal Borough and Rochester Municipal Borough are unparished.

Sevenoaks

The whole of the district is parished

Shepway

The whole of the district is parished.

Swale

The former Sittingbourne and Milton Urban District and part of the former Queenborough in Sheppey Municipal Borough are unparished.

Thanet

Part of the former Margate Municipal Borough is unparished.

Tonbridge and Malling

The former Tonbridge Urban District is unparished.

Tunbridge Wells

Most of the former Tunbridge Wells Municipal Borough is unparished. The exception is Rusthall which became a Civil Parish in 2011.
