List of school districts in New York

The New York State Education Department (NYSED) divides the state into ten Joint Management Team (JMT) Regions.[1] Each JMT contains one or more Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), and each BOCES supports several school districts.

The list below is organized by JMT regions and their component BOCES areas. Some school districts are not part of BOCES; these are listed in the BOCES area to which they would belong, appended with "(not BOCES)".

Clicking on the district name opens its WorldHeritage article (if there is one).
