Ma Biao was born in August 1954 a native of Guangxi who joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 1985. He was elected chairman of government in Guangxi on January 26, 2008.[1] He was elected to the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in November 2012, and is a member of the Zhuang minority. [2]
