Philip McGinley (born 6 June 1981) is an English actor, best known for playing the role Tom Kerrigan in Coronation Street. He appeared in Season 3 of HBO's Game of Thrones, as Anguy, the archer.

McGinley was born in Liverpool. He was born at Whiston Hospital and grew up in Golborne, near Wigan in Greater Manchester. He attended All Saints Primary School, Golborne High School, Winstanley Sixth Form College, the Oxford School of Drama and The Arts Educational Schools in London, graduating in 2003.
