Harvey Ray Farmer (born July 1, 1974 in White Plains, New York) is a former professional American football player who played linebacker for three seasons for the Philadelphia Eagles. He is currently the Assistant General Manager for the Cleveland Browns. Prior to his position with the Browns, he was Director of Pro Personnel for the Kansas City Chiefs from 2006-2012, a Pro Scout for the Atlanta Falcons, and an Academic Coordinator and recruiter for his alma mater Duke University from 1996-2001.
