Roy Hughes (bridge)

Roy Hughes is an expert Canadian contract bridge player and author who has played in a number of world championships.[1] His book Canada's Bridge Warriors, about the noted Canadian pair Eric Murray and Sami Kehela, won the International Bridge Press Association's Book of the Year award in 2007. His other books, Building a Bidding System and Card By Card, were also nominated for the award.[2]

Hughes lives in Toronto, Canada.
