Teodor Bârcă (born Costeşti, June 12, 1894 - year of death unknown) was a Bessarabian politician.

Biography

Teodor Bârcă was born on June 12, 1894 in Costeşti, Ialoveni.[1] He served as Member of the Moldovan Parliament (1917–1918).
