Valentin Borisovich Bubukin (Russian: Валентин Борисович Бубукин; born 23 April 1933 in Moscow, died 30 October 2008[1]) was a Soviet/Russian footballer.

Bubukin spent almost his entire career as a striker for Lokomotiv Moscow. He made his debut for USSR on September 6, 1959 in a friendly against Czechoslovakia (he was selected for the 1958 FIFA World Cup squad, but did not play in any games at the tournament). He played in the first ever European Nations' Cup in 1960, where the Soviets were champions.

After retiring, he became a football manager.
