Xiangyang District, Jiamusi

The district of Xiangyang (向阳区 ; pinyin : Xiàngyáng Qū) is an administrative subdivision of the province of Heilongjiang, China. It is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Jiamusi.

According to the 2000 census, its total fertility rate was 0.41 children per woman, which is the lowest TFR recorded anywhere in the world in recorded history.
