Xiaying District (Chinese: 下營區; Hanyu Pinyin: Xiàyíng Qū; Tongyong Pinyin: Siàyíng Cyu; Wade–Giles: Hsia4-ying2 Ch'ü1) is a rural district of about 25,068 residents in Tainan, Taiwan.[1]

Xiaying Village, Renli Village, Zhainei Village, Houjie Village, Xinxing Village, Yingqian Village, Datun Village, Dabei Village, Maogang Village, Zhongying Village, Kaihua Village, Xilian Village, Hejian Village, Jiazhong Village, Hongcuo Village.[2]
