Younous Omarjee, (born 30 September 1969 in Saint-Denis, Réunion), is a French politician. He has served as a Member of the European Parliament since the 4 January 2012.[1] He is a member of the Communist Party of Réunion and the electoral alliance, Alliance of the Overseas. He sits with the Confederal Group of the European United Left - Nordic Green Left
