Description
In every step of life, our intellect functions by showing us profit and loss. Respect and insult on the otherhand are the sweet and bitter interests of the ego. In our daily interactions one has the belief that it is better if they are called respectfully, while Param Pujya Dadashri says, that, “It is indeed the insult that is very beneficial.” After obtaining the Knowledge of the Self, the interests of the ego are to be drawn away. But to pull the interests of the ego by yourself is very hard, so when someone insults you it is very good because the interest of the ego is being taken away easily. Once you have decided that you will drink all the bitterness a person may give you, then you will be able to drink it. So learn how to accept the one who insults you as your well-wisher and digest his insults with a smiling face – only then can you one day become Neelkanth!
