In 2016, we celebrated our 20th year anniversary. On January 31, 2016, at year-end we reached our 82 millionth library patron.
Over the years, much has changed with our online library. To keep our patrons informed with the ongoing changes, we created the World Library Foundation Newsletter. The newsletter will include news and information about our various portals and the wonderful books, articles, encyclopedias, photographs, and research documents within our libraries.
For our very first issue, March 1, 2017, we would like to share with you some some stories about the books you will find on our shelves.
We hope this first newsletter will inspire you to discover some of the many books that can be found at our library.

In addition to this newsletter, we’ve also started producing the Behind the Book Lecture Series (http://www.worldlibrary.org/ExhibitGallery.aspx), to help you further discover inspiring books.
