Understanding UFO Secrecy

By: Steven M. Greer

Over the past few years I have had the responsibility of briefing senior government and scientific leaders both in the US and abroad on the UFO/Extraterrestrial subject. The evidence regarding this subject is clear and overwhelming: It has not been difficult to make a compelling case for the reality of UFOs per se. What is a greater challenge is elucidating the architecture of secrecy related to UFOs (see the exposition of this matter contained in the paper entitled "Unacknowledged" by this author). But the greatest challenge is explaining the ‘why'. Why all the secrecy? Why a ‘black' or unacknowledged government within the government? Why hide the UFO/ET subject from public view? The ‘what' or evidence is complex but manageable. The ‘how' or nature of the secret programs is more difficult, much more complex and Byzantine. But the ‘why' - the reason behind the secrecy'- is the most challenging problem of all. There is not a single answer to this question, but rather numerous inter-related reasons for such extraordinary secrecy. Our investigations and interviews with dozens of top - secret witnesses who have been within such programs...

By: Steven M. Greer

There is no way to assess an ET agenda without first grasping the covert human agenda. We cannot discern what is real and what is Memorex – what is ET and what is pseudo-ET disinformation, unless we penetrate the halls of smoke and mirrors that is the vast shadow government’s propaganda machine....

Her parents agree to have her trained for the Ceremonial Guard....

“I bite my bottom lip as beams of morning sunshine penetrate the east window of my parents’ West Texas house. I feel the warmth against my cheeks standing by the living room window. The US Constitution - Here Is What It Says

By: Don Thayer

There is no Constitutional provision for "original intent" or judicial interpretation. Although it was written over two hundred years ago using archaic terminology, there is no real ambiguity about the meaning of the text. This book emphasizes that text as written....

Article 1, Section 8: "Section 8 of Article 1 deserves some extra time and discussion. Each clause delegates a specific power to the federal government. The first clause begins with “The Congress shall have Power To,” and each clause adds an additional power of Congress. These powers apply only the federal government, not the states." "The relevance of this section is in relation to the rest of the Constitution, as well as the Bill of Rights. The Tenth Amendment states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people”. In other words, if the power is not specifically named as a United States power, it is reserved for the individual states or the people."...

Flare: Opinions (Law, Human Rights and Politics)

By: Ankur Mutreja

Opinions are like flare, which can turn either way: they can spread like wild fire or encapsulate themselves within the bounds of personal integrity, and thus illuminate. I started writing opinions in the late 2008 through my blogs. I admit at times I did go wild with unsubstantiated accusations and surmises, leading to risky speculations and irresponsible opinions. Recently, I published a comprehensive book of my writings entitled "Writings @ Ankur Mutreja", and the present book is a short selection of my opinions presented therein with emphasis on responsible writing. I am an advocate by profession; therefore, most of my opinions have a tint of law; in the first part, the expression is simple; so, it is for lay persons who won’t mind a little exercise of mind in the legal arena; whereas, in the second part, I have gone whole hog with law, and I admit those without formal legal training may find it convenient to ignore. My style of writing is terse and pointed, but at times I have gone overboard like in one particular opinion on Aarushi murder, where emotions and logic intermingled in an expanded narrative. Righ...

The Williams Record

By: Student Media

The longest running independent newspaper at Williams is the Williams Record, a weekly broadsheet paper published on Wednesdays. The newspaper was founded in 1885, and now has a weekly circulation of 3,000 copies distributed in Williamstown, in addition to more than 600 subscribers across the country. The newspaper does not receive financial support from the college or from the student government and relies on revenue generated by local and national ad sales, subscriptions, and voluntary contributions for use of its website. Both Sawyer Library and the College Archives maintain more than a century's worth of publicly accessible, bound volumes of the Record. The newspaper provides access free of charge to a searchable database of articles stretching back to 1998 on its website. The student yearbook is called The Gulielmensian, which means "Williams Thing" in Greek.[52] It was published irregularly in the 1990s, but has been annual for the past several years and dates back to the mid-...
