Este artículo analiza desde la criminología cualitativa la relación individuo-ambiente social en el caso de un joven interno por Delitos Contra la Salud en un Centro para Adolescentes en conflicto con la Ley de Sonora, México. Como parte de una investigación realizada en dicho centro se entrevistó a Rodrigo, a quien por cuestiones de seguridad y éticas llamaremos así, quien estuvo por más de un año en el Centro Intermedio de Hermosillo. Era narcomenudista, en su casa montó su propio “tiradero”, fue detenido cuando llevaba más de tres años en el “negocio”, el cual prosperaba hasta el momento de su detención.
