Julio César "Cata" Domínguez Juárez (born November 8, 1987 in Arriaga, Chiapas) is a Mexican football centre back.

At the club level, Domínguez currently plays for Cruz Azul.[1] He has been a loyal player since he first started playing for Cruz Azul. Having originally started playing as a pure center back, he has proven his versatility with solid performances at right fullback and left fullback.

He also played for the Mexican Under-20 team and was regarded as one of the brightest young defensive players that Mexico had. He made his debut for the Mexican national team on August 22, 2007 in a friendly match against Colombia.
