Alam Impian

Alam Impian is a new 1,235 acres township in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The emerging and freehold township is located near uptown Shah Alam (Section 24) and Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway (LKSA). The master developer is I&P Group Sdn Berhad ("I&P").

In terms of accessibility, Alam Impian is superbly located in Shah Alam with multiple ingress and egress points. The 14.7 km newly built Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam (LKSA) highway connects Alam Impian residents directly to the Federal Highway and the Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) highway. It is also connected via North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and North–South Expressway Central Link (ELITE).

The first launch in 2006 was "Canting" double storey terrace and the "Tinta" double storey semi-detached homes. Currently for sale are "Pentas 4", "Tari", "Tari 2, "Tenun" and "Nukilan 3" double storey homes. Nukilan 3 and Tenun come in 22' x 80' lot size, Tari and Tari 2 offers a 24' x 80 lot size while Pentas 4 comes in a unique 25' X 85' flavor (Similar to previous Pentas 1-3 series). All rooms comes with its own attached bathroom and excellent finishing.

The township has huge potential, due to the well-planned township and reputation of I&P Group as an established developer. The Unique Selling Proposition ("USP") of Alam Impian has to be its positioning as "The Township of The Art". It will be akin to the largest platform for the arts with features such as installation art pieces in designated areas, landscape and street art, graffiti walls, an art gallery, linear parks, an amphitheatre and a 31-acre central town park.

According to the Masterplan, Alam Impian measuring 1,235 acres under the I&P Group Sdn Berhad development is expected to house approximately 18,000 units of new homes with a population of 90,000 inhabitants upon full development.
