GEM TV Asia (sometimes referred to as Sony GEM or simply as GEM) is a subscription pay cable and satellite television channel owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment, a subsidiary of Sony Pictures Television. It is currently available in Vietnam. It opened on January 2014. GEM delivers 24-hours of Asian entertainment series, variety and music programs from South Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. It is also the second Asian-content channel launched by Sony after its sister channel ONE which only focus on South Korean entertainment programming.
