Idiotsitter is an American comedy web series that premiered on Comedy Central's CC: Studios on February 26, 2014. It follows a proper young woman who is hired to babysit a rich woman-child who is under house arrest.
The series was created by Jillian Bell and Charlotte Newhouse, who also star as the series leads, and has been picked up for a run on television that is due to air in 2016.
In November 2013, Idiotsitter was announced as a part of a development slate through Comedy Central's digital production studio, CC: Studios.[1] The web series ran for six episodes in early 2014 before being picked up to series on Comedy Central in June 2014.[2][3]
