Pig farm

After the opposition took over Selangor in the 2008 general election, the state has seen rapid development in the agriculture sector, through the introduction of a mega-project pig farm that will cost the state government RM100 million. This project has received a lukewarm reception from the citizens of Sepang.[7]

As of 29 November 2008, the proposal of the project is still on and will be developed in spite of the protests by the citizens of this area.[8][9]
