Description
Basically in ephesians 4 it says the ministers are there for the training of the saints for the work of the ministry. I believe there has not been enough emphasis in training the saints and releasing them for ministry.

Summary
I've been a christian over 50 years. Been to bible school, pastored a church, did a show on pbs, street preached, spoken in jails and missions and everywhere i can. I believe the church has made an error in application of scripture particularly in regards to ephesians 4.
