Vasil Ruci

Vasil Ruci is a retired Albanian football striker who played for KS Flamurtari Vlorë in the 80's and during their glorious 1987–88 UEFA Cup run.[1]

Ruci is a one club man having played all his career for Flamurtari and being trained by the great Leonidha Çuri. He is between the top-20 all-time goal scorers in the Albanian Superliga.

Following his playing career, Ruci became a manager. He took the reins at KS Flamurtari Vlorë during December 2006, but after a short spell, he resigned and went on to coach for short spells second division Turbina and later on third division Himara.[2]
